As an Atlanta native, I have been privileged to be an active player, in the growth and increasing diversity of the "largest city in the south." I have been a licensed realtor working in metro Atlanta since 1987. Over these many years, I have had the opportunity to work with hundreds of individuals with a variety of criteria, in their sale and search of a new home or investment property. The success of these past transactions and ongoing relationships have resulted in many referrals from my clients to their family, friends and co-workers.

As an entrepreneur, and member of the Atlanta business community since 1980, I am deeply appreciative of the many challenges faced by individuals relocating because of business opportunities. This understanding of the many issues facing people, who are changing both their homes and their careers, makes me uniquely qualified to offer professional support, guidance and encouragement with the sale or search for a new home. My degree in Early Childhood Education also helps me understand the special needs of children whose families are relocating.

My most recent designation is SRES. Working with Seniors as a Residential Specialist. The SRES designation is awarded to Realtors who have successfully completed the required education course. We learn how to best lead senior clients through real estate transactions and draw on the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as CPA’s, estate planners, and lawyers. This course opened my eyes to considerations I didn’t know existed and provided me with a wealth of resources and information that helped fill the gap in better serving the Community.

That said, in my experience as a Atlanta real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
